Burridge face a tough away fixture when they travel to meet Durley reserves in the Southampton Saturday Football League this weekend.
It could be a high scoring affair with the two teams having conceded 61 goals between them in the league so far this season.
After their hefty defeat to Comrades, Burridge will look to put in a much improved performance.
They will want to drastically improve their defensive record which has seen them ship 30 goals in the Southampton Senior Division 1 as well as conceding seven against Comrades last week.
That match saw them concede five goals within the first 18 minutes.
Durley Reserves haven’t enjoyed a good campaign either. They currently have four points from their first eight games which sees them sat in ninth place.
They haven’t been great defensively either with last week’s defeat to East Boldre seeing them concede 10 goals.
One player to look out for though is Andrew Butler who has three goals in four games and is currently joint-top scorer with Mike Cooper who also has three goals.
The team are currently on a four game losing streak and have conceded 31 goals in the league.
These stats may fill Burridge with a bit of optimism that they can register a win this weekend.
But Burridge haven’t been great in the division and are yet to grab a point in the league so this game will still be tough.
The game at Durley Reserves on Saturday (December is a 2pm kick off.
